Amol K Patil's show 'The Politics of Skin and Movement' was exhibited in the Hayward Gallery's HENI Project Space in October of 2023. Patil's video pieces and mechanical sculptures strive to connect the past, present and future generations of Indians living under the ever-present caste system.
I was commissioned to shoot and edit an interview with Patil, conducted by curator Yung Ma.
Deliverables included multiple short clips for social media posts, focusing on different subjects discussed by the artist including casteism, poetry and theatre. The clips were posted on Instagram by the Hayward Gallery.
